Discover Our Services
Victorious Vibrations offers nervous-system-led practices including sound baths, Kundalini yoga, breathwork and conscious dance, designed to empower women, releasing stress, regulating the body and reconnecting with themselves. Through sound, movement and breath, these experiences create space for deep restoration, emotional release and a return to a more grounded, authentic way of being. We offer these services across Surrey and West Sussex.

Sound Baths
Immerse yourself in the deeply restorative vibrations of a sound bath, designed to quieten the mind, calm the nervous system and gently guide the body back into balance.
Bathe in the ancient frequencies of the gong, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, allowing the sound to envelop your body, penetrate the chakras and invite a sense of ease, calm and inner stillness.
Sound baths offer a space to slow down, regulate and reconnect with yourself, especially if you’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out or in need of time to listen to your body.
Available as group sessions, one-to-one experiences and private bookings

Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is a powerful and transformative practice that combines movement, breathwork, meditation and sound to awaken energy, activate the chakras and support deep inner change.
Each session focuses on specific kriyas (sets of exercises) designed to strengthen the nervous system, release stored tension, and increase vitality.
Breathwork, mantra, and yoga exercises play a central role in regulating stress, clearing mental fog, and restoring a sense of inner balance.
Creating space for grounding, vitality and deep connection to yourself. Beginners welcome.

Flow Dance
Flow Dance Meditation is a powerful form of free movement where music becomes a gateway to expression, release, joy and healing.
There is no choreography to follow and no experience required, simply allow your body to move in whatever way feels natural.
Through rhythm, sound and embodied movement, conscious dance is used as a powerful and invigorating tool, to release stress, awaken creativity and reconnect you with your authentic self.
Held in supportive, non-judgemental spaces with ceremonial cacao offered as a gentle heart opener, you are invited to explore movement at your own pace.

What Our Clients Have To Say
About Me

Welcome, I’m Victoria, founder of Victorious Vibrations - a true labour of passion and love, born from personal experience.
For a long time, burnout, bereavement and trauma left my nervous system dysregulated and misaligned. I felt physically and emotionally depleted and disconnected from myself.
When traditional approaches didn’t fully support me, I began exploring somatic practices such as meditation, breathwork, sound healing, kundalini yoga and flow dance meditation (ecstatic dance). What I experienced was not just relief, but a profound shift within my body and mind. I began to release the tension I had been holding for so long.
I learned to regulate, ease stress and anxiety, reconnect and return to myself and in doing so, rediscovered a sense of strength, clarity and inner alignment.
The work I now share is inspired by that journey. As an IPHM-accredited practitioner, I draw on sound, breath and movement to support you in reconnecting with yourself, restoring balance and stepping into a deeper sense of self, creating space for joy, connection and empowerment to emerge through truth and alignment.
This is your invitation to reconnect, realign and rise into your own power
